On December 29,2001 Kevin lost his beloved Claire in a tragic accident-He became hysterical. He didn't know what to do!!!! A severe Dyslexic since a small child, Kevin goes to pieces when the unexpected happens. He doesn't react as other people might expect!

What's New? He is now serving a sentence of 18 Years to Life, . Carol Wright did a great job on his appeal, as we had suspected the Franklin County Appeals court denied it, so it is off to the Supreme Court. If only someone will recognize this travesty of injustice.

It is worth noting that Kevin was arrested immediately-no investigation was done-no powder tests were done on the hands of either. Clearly a left hand wound-Kevin is right handed Claire a lefty. This occured in a space of about 2-1/2 feet between the door and sink of a bathroom in an apartment. Picture please Kevin 6'4" #165 Claire 5' 10" . Though the Coroner was prepared to rule self inflicted, until the police gave their theory ,he still ruled undetermined.

The prosecutor was unable to bring forth one person or show one instance where Kevin had ever raised his hand in anger to any female. I have known all of Kevin's girlfriends through high school, college and beyond, I am still friends with most and Kevin is still friendly with all.
